I am Jon Santos, the creator of Peter’s memorial website. I wanted to create a place where we could celebrate Peter’s life and work and create connections between his community (off of a corporate owned social media platform like Meta).
It’s important that the memorial website exist as a centralized place to share information on all of the events and happenings. I am also working to restore his online art archive (PeterSimensky.com)
Making a donation here will help to ensure that these materials stay online. The recurring costs are as follows:

SHARING A MEMORY
This website is meant to honor Peter and show the breadth of his beloved community across time zones and in the many places he inhabited. We noticed a lot of people posted to instagram so if you've done that please post the same memory here by clicking on the "Share a Memory" button top left side of page or down below.
This way we have can have a place off of FB or IG that celebrates his life in one place. If you know others who may want to know please share this page.

CONTENT MODERATION
The way the web page works is you can submit and then we review them before they get published so if you make a mistake or want to edit just email me and I will republish it or edit the current post. The technology will also prevent bots and hackers from uploading.
